When Google paid tribute to moms

Google paid tribute to our moms on the eve of Mother's Day (14-May-2000) through its doodle. No search could find better moms than these.
We wish you a very happy Mother's Day, with love and thanks for all you've done.

"M" is for the million things she gave me,
"O" is for the way she never grows old,
"T" is for the tears she shed to save me,
"H" is for her heart of purest gold;
"E" is for her eyes, with love-light shining,
"R" means right, and right she'll always be,

Put them all together, they spell "MOTHER," A word that means the world to me.
